Our church is contemplating using a church growth program called "24 2 DOUBLE". Does anyone on here have any experience with this proggram? Feedback?

We need to be careful about sinking lots of money into a program. What works wonderful at one church may fail miserably at another.

That's our church's "plan", as well. There does NOT need to be a "church growth" program....IF the church is doing what it's supposed to do....reach out into the community to spread God's word, serve the community, and have everyone in the congregation "engaged"....
Sure...there will be "limitations" to growth....depending on a myriad of factors (location, theology and quality of teaching, the characteristics of the congregation, etc...etc...).....not to mention having a PLAN in place to manage the "growth" properly if it does occur (something that my church of 26,000 is phenomenally good at)...
And, as someone else mentioned...there is absolutely no "cookie cutter" plan for all churches. All churches are so unique....no one plan will work the same for all. Though, using the "plan" as set up in the passage above, and the consistent "Outreach" into the community certainly works for most....
Though, I am sure many churches "fall" for this type of program....and see it as a "short cut"....
